The San Julián Fair is the highlight of the festive calendar of
Cuenca, marking the last week of August. It celebrates San
Julián, bishop and patron saint of the city.
For one week, the city comes alive with concerts, shows,
funfair, exhibitions, craft markets highlighting
local know-how, and of course, bullfights with figures
emblematic of bullfighting.
San Julián Park becomes the epicenter of the festival, while the

Ganaderia Conde de Mayalde is a Spanish bull breeding farm
